Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

VakhifyDigital primarily provides digital services. Because services are customized and work may begin after confirmation, traditional physical-product returns do not apply. This policy covers Website Design, Landing Pages, SEO, Blogs and Content, Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads / SEM, Business Automation and other agreed services.

1. Cancellation before work starts

Refund eligibility depends on agreed terms and any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.

2. Cancellation after work starts

Payments may be non-refundable to the extent work, resources or third-party expenses have been incurred (work completed, deliverables, time, third-party costs, agreed project terms).

3. Completed services

Completed websites, landing pages, content, SEO work, social content, campaign setup and automation setup are generally non-refundable.

4. Exchange / correction

Physical exchange does not apply. If an agreed deliverable has an issue within approved scope, contact us for review and reasonable correction. New work outside scope is not included.

5. Revisions

Revisions follow the agreed scope. Redesigns, new pages or major changes may involve additional charges.

6. Domain & hosting

Domain, hosting, software and plugin charges follow the provider's policies and may be non-refundable.

7. Advertising budgets

Money paid directly to Google/Meta is separate from service fees and follows platform policies.

8. Client delays

Delays from missing information or approvals do not automatically create refund entitlement. Paused projects may need revised timelines/charges to restart.

9. Refund request
