These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the VakhifyDigital website and the digital marketing services provided by VakhifyDigital.

1. Services

Website Design, SEO, Blogs and Content, Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing / Google Ads, Business Automation and other digital services agreed in writing.

2. Project scope

Deliverables, scope, pricing, timeline, revisions and payment terms will be agreed before a project begins.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, contact details, logos, images, content, access, approvals and feedback, and for ensuring they have rights to materials supplied.

4. Pricing

Pricing depends on requirements. Third-party costs (domain, hosting, plugins, stock assets, ad budgets, tools, API charges) may be charged separately.

5. Timelines

Timelines depend on scope, communication, approvals and third-party services. Missing information or approvals may affect delivery.

6. Website design

Clients must review and approve information before publication. Out-of-scope requests may involve additional charges.

7. SEO

SEO can improve structure and visibility, but VakhifyDigital does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue or growth.

8. Social media

No guarantees of followers, views, engagement, leads, sales or revenue. Platform algorithms and policies are outside our control.

9. Google Ads / SEM

Results depend on competition, budget, targeting, landing pages and policies. No guarantees of approval, clicks, leads, sales, revenue or ROAS. Ad spend is separate from service fees unless agreed otherwise.

10. Business automation

Automation depends on third-party software, APIs and permissions. Uninterrupted operation of third-party systems cannot be guaranteed.

11. Intellectual property

VakhifyDigital retains rights to pre-existing templates, processes and reusable components. After full payment, clients receive agreed final deliverables, subject to third-party licenses.

12–17. Fair use, cancellation, liability & updates

Clients must not use services for illegal, misleading or infringing activities. Cancellation/refunds are governed by the Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy. VakhifyDigital is not responsible for indirect losses or third-party failures to the extent permitted by law. Terms may be updated; the latest version will be published here.
