Terms & Conditions
What you can expect from us — and what we expect in return — when we work together.
Terms and conditions content
1. Our services
We provide digital marketing services including SEO, local SEO, website and landing page design, social media management, Google Ads and Meta Ads management, content support and analytics setup (Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console). The exact services for your project are confirmed in a written proposal. See our services page for details.
2. Proposals, scope and pricing
All prices shown on this website — including package prices on our pricing page — are starting points, not fixed quotes. Before any work begins, you receive a written proposal stating the scope, price, timeline and deliverables for your project. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and apply to the agreed scope of work.
- Any additional costs — third-party tools, licences or advertising spend — are listed separately for your approval.
- Changes to scope after approval are handled with an updated quote, so there are no surprise charges.
3. Payment terms
Payment schedules (for example an advance followed by milestone payments) are agreed in your proposal. Work continues only while the account is within the agreed payment terms; delayed payments may pause work and shift timelines. Fees already earned for work completed up to the pause date remain payable.
4. Advertising spend is separate
When you run Google Ads or Meta Ads, the advertising budget is paid by you directly to the advertising platform (Google, Meta) under that platform’s billing terms and policies. Advertising spend is never part of our service fees, and platform charges are governed by the platform’s own refund and billing rules.
5. Your responsibilities as the client
- Provide the content, images and business details we ask for in reasonable time.
- Give feedback and approvals promptly — delays on your side extend timelines.
- Provide agreed access (domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, ad accounts) where required.
- Ensure that materials you supply (text, images, logos) are yours to use.
6. Timelines
Timelines shared in a proposal are good-faith estimates based on the information available at the start and on prompt feedback and payments. We keep you updated on progress and tell you promptly if anything affects the schedule.
7. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included in your project is stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond that scope are carried out only after an updated quote is agreed with you.
8. Results — no guarantees
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any agency’s control, including your market, budget, competition and the platforms themselves. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, leads, sales or return on investment, and no such guarantee should be assumed from anything on this website. You are paying for our professional work, skill and effort — not for a promised outcome.
9. Third-party platforms
Services often depend on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers and similar). Their algorithms, policies and features can change without notice. We follow current platform best practices, but we are not responsible for changes made by those platforms.
10. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the materials you provide (text, images, logos, brand assets). Ownership or licence of the final deliverables is stated in your proposal — typically, deliverables transfer to you once the project is paid in full. We keep the rights to our pre-existing methods, frameworks and tools used to build your project. Unless you ask us not to, we may feature non-confidential work in our portfolio.
11. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and do not share it with anyone outside the project, except where needed to deliver the service or where required by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities arising from platform changes, outages or third-party actions.
13. Ending a project
Either party may end an engagement according to the notice terms in your proposal. On ending, you pay for work completed up to that date, and we hand over the completed deliverables and materials belonging to you.
14. Website content and external links
The information on this website is provided in good faith and kept as accurate as we can, but errors may occur. Links to external services (such as WhatsApp) take you to third-party sites with their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with an updated date. Projects already agreed are governed by the terms in your approved proposal.
